What Makes Pro Ball Different from A Fantasy Camp?

The Pro Ball Baseball Clinic is very different from the typical fantasy camp. Fantasy camps focus on playing games. There is little actual instruction. Pro Ball is exactly the opposite. Our primary focus is improving your baseball skills and knowledge, whether it's in the hitting cages, out on the diamond, in the bullpens or during chalk talk. We don't hand out fancy uniforms. We don't have kangaroo courts or throw big parties. We are here to make you a better baseball player. Trust me, you'll have a great time doing it, too! No matter what your current skill level, we welcome you to join us. The Pro Ball Baseball Clinic is the only place where current and former Major League coaches work with you one-on-one to improve your game.

 We expect to use the Kino Complex for the 1st time since opening our doors in 2002. There is a HUGE number of repeat attendees every year, so if you're a first-timer thinking about coming, you should register  ASAP and pay your deposit to save your spot.

Between the instruction, the camaraderie and the ability to play baseball for nine hours a day for four days, I can’t tell you what I loved more. Awesome time. The Pro Ball Baseball Clinic offers several discounts: 

$200 Referral Discount: 

$200 for each 1st-time player you refer 

$500 Parent-Child Discount:

$500 for each son or daughter that accompanies a participating parent 

$400 Group Discount:

Teams or groups of 15 or more get $400 off each participant

Discounts cannot be combined for any individual player. The greatest applicable discount will be used.

The Pro Ball Baseball Clinic is always looking to add new Major League coaches to its teaching staff. In 2020, Mike Gallego, then Bench Coach for the Los Angeles Angels, joined the the staff for the first time. "Gags" was outstanding! Great communicator, passionate about teaching infield play and super enthusiastic. He made things fun!  

In 2021, we added Jody Reed, then Miami Marlins infield coordinator and presently the Miami  Marlins 3B coach and infield instructor. 

In 2022, we added Julio Rangel, now Assistant Pitching Coach of St. Louis Cardinals. Julio is a GREAT pitching coach. Full of knowledge to pass on to you and very upbeat. 

For years we've been asked is there a Pro Ball Baseball Clinic during the summer. We are looking into the  possibility of a shorter clinic happening sometime during the summer. Because the Major League coaches will be working, the staff would be comprised of former Major League coaches and perhaps active hitting and fielding coordinators. We are also looking into the possibility of doing some type of combined event with companies who host tournaments and showcases.
