Optional Early Work in Hitting Tunnels, Dry Mound Work for Pitchers, Video Analysis with Coaches

Group Stretch and Throw

Varies daily: 3 hours of rotating through various hitting stations or 1 1/2 hours on offense and individual and team defense. Everyone hits.
