Interview With Kevin Long

Whatever your skill level is, there is a place for you at the Pro Ball Baseball Clinic.

"When working anywhere near second base with an incoming runner, the direction of your foot and the amount of weight that you have on it are critical in order to avoid serious injury as a result of contact. Your toes must face the incoming runner so that if contact is made by the incoming runner, your knee will bend in a natural motion and minimize any potential injury.Your knee should act like a hinge to protect yourself."

Rob Picciolo, Bench Coach, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
